About something of the move -
In May 2013 it had been announced that Subhash Ghai is ready to remake 1983 version from the film Hero, which is going to be re-edited and re- created. On 6 August 2013 it had been announced that Nikhil Advani is ready to direct and re-write the script for that film, which Salman Khan is actually producing. On 19 September 2013 information confirmed that Khan offers announced to launch their own production house Salman Khan Shows, which will debut through producing the remake Leading man film. On 7 January 2014 information revealed that Khan offers set the film to begin production on 18 Feb, and the film is going to be released on 12 Dec 2014.
On 10 February 2014 it had been reported that Ghai original director from the film has approved the actual script re-written by Nikhil Advani as well as his co-writer Umesh Bist. Ghai said "I think they've done an incredible job of contemporizing my script to match today's tastes".
